Apple Pumpkin Bundt Cake! 🍏🎃

Ingredients:
2 eggs
¾ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅔ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
4 cups apples, cored, peeled, and diced

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, beat eggs, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy (4-5 mins).
3️⃣ Add oil and vanilla; mix for 1-2 minutes. Then add pumpkin puree and blend for 1 more minute.
4️⃣ In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
5️⃣ Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined; fold in apples.
6️⃣ Spray bundt pan with baking spray and pour batter in.
7️⃣ Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8️⃣ Let cool on a wire rack for 40 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter to cool further.
