INGREDIENTS
2-3 bunches large radishes
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch cayenne pepper
Cilantro or parsley for garnish
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash radishes and discard greens. Slice in half from root to stem.
Place radishes flat side down in a 9×13-inch baking side and drizzle melted butter over the top.
Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne. Shift pan around to evenly coat.
Roast for 20-24 minutes or until slightly browned and tener.
Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve warm.
