👉 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁!
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling
For the Glaze:
• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 2-3 tablespoons whole milk
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Cream 1 cup butter, 2 cups sugar, and 1 tsp salt until fluffy.
3️⃣ Add 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and ¼ tsp almond extract; mix well.
4️⃣ Gradually add 3 cups flour.
5️⃣ Spread 2 cups dough in a greased 15×10-inch pan; top with 2 cans cherry pie filling.
6️⃣ Drop remaining dough by teaspoonfuls over filling.
7️⃣ Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
8️⃣ Cool and drizzle with glaze made from 1 cup powdered sugar, ½ tsp vanilla, ½ tsp almond extract, and enough milk to thin.
