Crepes recipe

*Ingredients :

°1 cup all-purpose flour

°2 eggs

°Half a cup of milk

°Half a cup of water

°Half a teaspoon of salt

°2 tablespoons melted butter

* Methods :

Step 1 In a large bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Include the milk and water little by little, mixing to combine. Add salt and separate. Beat until smooth.

Step 2 Heat a lightly oiled iron or frying pan on medium-high density. Pour the trigger or place it into the skillet, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the plate in a circular motion so that the batter evenly covers the surface.

Step 3 Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the base is light brown. Release with a spoon, flip and cook the other side. Serve hot.
