Ingredients:

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
2 cups granulated sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:

Prepare the Pan:

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Cook the Mixture:

In a medium saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Add Flavorings:

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
