Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add the beef, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir well, cover, and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours (or HIGH for 2–3 hours).
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked macaroni.
- Cover and continue cooking until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, if using, until melted.
