Crispy Air Fryer Pizza Rolls
Ingredients:
12 egg roll wrappers
1 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Olive oil spray
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Directions:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you (like a diamond shape).
Spread about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce in the center of the wrapper. Top with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, and any additional toppings like bell peppers or olives. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly towards the top corner. Wet the top corner with a little water to seal the roll.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and fillings.
Lightly spray the prepared egg rolls with olive oil spray.
Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch or overlap.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
