Ingredients

1 lb ground pork, turkey, or beef

1 large onion, diced

1 tsp black pepper

1 head cabbage, shredded

2 large carrots, peeled and sliced thin

6 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger

2 Tbsp sesame oil

¼ cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, and black pepper; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and sliced carrots. Toss well.
  5. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture.
