Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise (or sour cream)

1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz lump crab meat, picked over

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but recommended)

1/4 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

Crackers or toasted bread, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar, Parmesan, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, black pepper, and a small pinch of salt. Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.
