
Ingredients
•1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
•1 cup lump crab meat (or imitation crab, chopped)
•4 oz cream cheese, softened
•½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
•1 tbsp mayonnaise
•1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
•½ tsp garlic powder
•½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika)
•2 green onions, finely chopped
•1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
Instructions
1.Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare Filling – In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and green onions until well combined.
3.Assemble Rolls – Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place 1 tablespoon of crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up towards the tip.
4.Brush & Bake – Brush each roll with beaten egg for a golden finish. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
5. Serve & Enjoy – Let cool slightly and serve warm with ranch, honey mustard, or a creamy dipping sauce.
