Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

Mayo: Adds a creamy texture.
Greek Yogurt: Sour cream can be used as a substitute.
Lemon Juice: Lime juice can replace lemon juice if preferred.
Mustard: Use Dijon mustard for this recipe.
Garlic: Use garlic paste.
Salt: Enhances the flavors.
Pepper: For seasoning.
Chicken: 2-3 cooked and shredded chicken breasts can replace rotisserie chicken.
Craisins: Adds texture.
Walnuts: Chop before adding.
Celery: One stalk, chopped.
Scallions: Slice into small pieces.
Lettuce: Green leaf lettuce for serving.

Instructions:

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mayo, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, garlic paste, salt, and pepper.
Add the shredded chicken, Craisins, walnuts, celery, and half of the scallions. Mix well.
