INGREDIENTS
1 (8 0z) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded chicken
1 ½ cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
1 (8 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 teaspoons lime juice
3 green onions, chopped
Cilantro and additional green onions for garnish
Tortilla chips for serving
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning packet, and garlic.
Add in the chicken, 1 cup of the cheese, tomatoes, beans, and green onions. Stir until fully incorporated.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Serve hot!
