* Ingredients
°2 kg of catfish
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon pepper
°1/2 tsp garlic powder or ½ crushed garlic clove
°1 1/2 c cornmeal
°1/2 c flour
* Methods :
Combine above ingredients.
Bake the fish with marinate in preparation.
Then cook in very hot oil, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
