These Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad. Juicy, smoky grilled shrimp are tossed with crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. It’s a handheld meal that’s fresh, fast, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

For the Shrimp:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Juice of 1/2 lemon

For the Wraps:

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup croutons (crushed slightly)

Extra lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Directions

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat

Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat

Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave to make them pliable

In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons

Add grilled shrimp and gently toss to combine

Spoon the shrimp Caesar salad into the center of each tortilla, then wrap it up burrito-style

Slice in half and serve immediately, with extra dressing or lemon wedges on the side if desired
