  • 1 cup (225g) butter (softened)
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F). Grease and flour a bundt or loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt, alternating with the heavy cream. Mix until just combined.
