Who doesn’t like a birthday breakfast in bed? Who doesn’t like a cupcake with a cherry on top? Okay, so this isn’t a “real” cupcake as in cake – it’s still just as adorable.
Hubby’s birthday is coming up soon. Thank goodness, his birthday falls on a Saturday. It’s so much easier to make his day extra special when he doesn’t have to work. A few years back, I made these yummy “cupcakes” for Hubby’s birthday breakfast. It’s a complete breakfast – eggs, potatoes and ham in cupcake form. Served with fresh orange juice and buttery toast points, it’s easy to enjoy while propped up in bed. These little cupcakes are the perfect breakfast in bed delight.
