Beef nacho cheese roll
*Ingredients
° 1 pound ground beef
° 1 c. nacho cheese sauce
°1 Rotel can well
° ⅓ C. sour cream
° c. bell pepper
° ½ c. chop onion
° chop lettuce
° 1 packet taco season
° Crumble Doritos with nacho cheese
° 4 flour tortillas
* Methods
+ Cooking ground beef over medium heat until totally brown. Strain out any excess fat.
Stirring taco season with the meat and set apart.
+ Frying onions and peppers over medium heat to soft.
In bowl, mixing the nacho cheese sauce & the rutile.
+ Placing four large flour tortillas on flat surface.
Placing layer of the nacho cheese mix in the center of every tortilla.
Add a little sour cream, onions, peppers, meat mixture, shredded lettuce, and finally some crumbled Doritos.
The sides of tortilla are folded and roll closed to form burrito-like wrapper.
+ Heat a frying pan over medium heat and toast the rolls until the outside is crispy.
+ Serve immediately.
