Dole Pineapple Whip
Ingredients:
2 (20 ounce) cans Dole crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
Instructions:
Drain Pineapple:
Drain the crushed pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons of the juice. Set both aside.
Blend Ingredients:
In a blender or food processor, combine the drained pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, and reserved pineapple juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Freeze Mixture:
Pour the blended mixture into two 1-quart freezer ziplock bags. Lay the bags flat in the freezer. Freeze for about 1 1/2 hours or until the mixture is slushy.
Combine with Whipped Cream:
In a large bowl, gently fold the pineapple slush into the whipped cream until slightly blended.
Freeze Again:
Return the mixture to the freezer until it is completely frozen, approximately 1 hour.
