Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta
This delicious one-pan meal combines tender chicken bites with a creamy Parmesan pasta that can be prepared in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 3-4 tablespoons butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta
• 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
1. Season chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Cook chicken bites until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
1. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
2. Add chicken broth, milk, and pasta. Bring to a simmer and cook for 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine and Serve:
1. Return chicken bites to the skillet and toss with the creamy pasta sauce.
2. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
3. Serve hot and enjoy!
