Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices cheddar cheese, quartered
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: parsley for garnish
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the beef mixture until browned and fully cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Place a piece of cheddar cheese and a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan. Brush the mixture over the dough balls.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
