Ingredients

1 lb ground breakfast sausage (or ground pork)

For the Potatoes

3 cups diced potatoes

2 tbsp oil or butter

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper

For the Scrambled Eggs

4 eggs

2 tbsp milk or cream

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Make the Sausage Patties:

Mix ground pork with sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties. Cook in a hot skillet 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

2. Cook the Potatoes:

Heat oil in a skillet. Add potatoes and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pan-fry until crispy and golden.

3. Scramble the Eggs:

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a nonstick pan and cook the eggs gently until soft and creamy.

4. Serve:

Plate the sausage patties, potatoes, and eggs together. Enjoy warm!
