Ingredients

4 cups shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded purple cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

¼ cup finely diced red onion

1 small jalapeño, finely diced (optional)

For the Dressing

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

½ teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño if using.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
