SO amazing. I used ground turkey and diced in some jalapeños. Definitely going to make these again, I love tacos
Oven Baked Tacos are always a favorite at dinnertime with the family, or when feeding a crowd at a party. Crisp taco shells are filled with cheese and our favorite seasoned ground beef taco meat and then baked in the shells the cheese is melted.

I first tried this recipe a few years ago, and it was one of the bigger successes I’d had in the kitchen in a long time! Everyone in the family LOVED these baked tacos! Not a speck of food was left in the pan, which is always a sign that it was truly a hit. This dish has so many things going for it that it’s really no wonder it went over so well!

This taco recipe takes classic taco ingredients and gives them a fresh approach by baking the shells upright in refried beans and tomatoes. The bottom gets soft, and the top stays crisp and crunchy. Baking the tacos after they are filled keeps the taco shell crisp and the cheese melts. Serve with side of salsa and sour cream.
