Ingredients:
• 4 medium apples (any variety you prefer, such as Granny Smith or Gala), chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (depending on your preference)
• 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice (to prevent browning)
• A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Apples: Start by washing and chopping the apples into small cubes. If you prefer, you can leave the skin on for extra nutrients and texture. Drizzle the lemon juice over the chopped apples to keep them from browning.
2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, add the chopped apples, celery, raisins (or cranberries), and chopped nuts (if using). Toss gently to combine.
3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey, and a pinch of cinnamon (if desired). Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.
4. Toss Salad: Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss gently until everything is coated evenly.
5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Tips & Variations:
• If you prefer a sweeter dressing, you can replace the yogurt with more mayonnaise or add a little sugar.
• For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or another non-dairy substitute.
• Add some shredded cheese (like sharp cheddar) for an interesting savory twist.
