These savory sausage muffins are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or snack! Made with Bisquick, sausage, eggs, and cheese, they’re incredibly easy to whip up and packed with flavor. Serve them fresh out of the oven or make a batch ahead of time for busy mornings.

Ingredients:

•1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)

•2 cups Bisquick baking mix

•1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

•½ cup milk

• 3 large eggs

•½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

•½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)

•¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

2.Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and let cool slightly.

3.In a large bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, eggs, milk, and seasonings until well combined.

4.Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese, mixing until evenly distributed.

5.Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.

6.Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7.Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
