Ingredients
• 1 lb steak, cut into bite-size pieces
• ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 1 cup mixed vegetables
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper
• Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles, drain, and set aside.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; sear until browned. Remove.
- Cook shrimp in same pan until pink; remove.
- Add onions and vegetables; sauté until tender.
- Add noodles, soy sauce, butter, and seasonings; toss well.
- Add steak and shrimp back in; mix and heat through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
