🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake 🍰

 

A rich and creamy cheesecake layer, sweet strawberry filling, and a buttery cake topping—dump, bake, and enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

 

•2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

•½ cup sugar

•1 tsp vanilla extract

•2 (21 oz) cans strawberry pie filling

•1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or white cake mix

•½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

•½ cup milk

•½ tsp cinnamon (optional, for extra warmth)

 

Instructions:

 

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Make the cheesecake layer: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

3️⃣ Assemble the layers: Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the dish. Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries and lightly swirl.

4️⃣ Add the cake mix: Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top. Do NOT mix!

5️⃣ Drizzle melted butter and milk evenly over the cake mix. Tilt the dish slightly if needed to spread.

6️⃣ Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

7️⃣ Cool for 10-15 minutes, then serve warm—perfect with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
