Before I get into my inspiration for this recipe I want to state two things. One, I’ve never been on the Keto Diet, and two, I’m not claiming to know the ins and outs of how it works. I simply researched the foods you can and can’t eat, and created this recipe for those who want to abide by the rules, and want to indulge in some food porn along the way.
With that being said, how awesome is this thing? Long ago, before “Keto” was even a thing, I was passing out into a cheese blanket at the end of an alcohol consumed night. Little did I know at the time, this would become not only a phenomenon for those who want to chill on carbs, but also an incredibly delicious thing to eat.
This recipe is easy and unbelievably delicious. Takes just a few ingredients and makes an epic surf and turf burrito. I use an egg thin in the middle of the cheese tortilla and makes all the difference when it comes to keeping the burrito together. You can use low carb tortillas if you’re following dirt/lazy keto or low carb diet.
