Taco Bell Nacho Fries
Ingredients:

2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet Taco Bell seasoning mix
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 jalapeño, sliced
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:

Preheat Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Fries:

Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and half of the Taco Bell seasoning mix until well coated.
Cook the Fries:

Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
Heat the Nacho Cheese Sauce:

While the fries are cooking, warm the nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave.
Assemble the Nacho Fries:

Once the fries are done, sprinkle them with the remaining Taco Bell seasoning. Place the fries on a serving plate, pour the warm nacho cheese sauce over the top, and then add sour cream, jalapeños, tomatoes, green onions, and shredded cheese.
