For the Brownie Layer:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
For the Cookie Dough:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated to kill bacteria
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
For the Chocolate Coating:

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Directions:

Prepare the Brownies:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder to the mixture, stirring until just combined.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into small squares.
Make the Cookie Dough:

In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract, then gradually add the heat-treated flour and milk, stirring until well combined.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Take a small amount of cookie dough and wrap it around each brownie square, forming a ball.
Coat with Chocolate:

Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
Place the coated brownie bombs on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.
