Ingredients

1½ lb ground beef

1 egg

¼ cup breadcrumbs

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 medium onion, sliced

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4–6 patties.
  2. Sear patties in a skillet until browned on both sides; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté sliced onions until soft.
