½ tsp Italian seasoning

8 oz medium shell pasta

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup chicken broth

½ cup heavy cream (or milk)

¾ cup grated Parmesan

Salt & pepper

Fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta:

Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

2. Cook the Steak Bites:

Season steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Heat oil in a skillet and sear steak on high until browned (2–3 minutes per side). Add butter and garlic; toss the steak in garlic butter. Remove from heat.

3. Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in broth, then heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
